Purchaser and all o++ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ~~ ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto.~ Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits ~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's ~- Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and'equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association .~ has encumbered and itnpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his ob2igations ;3nder said Declaration of Coven- ' ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu~~::s the obligations as to the f_~ Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
