F 4 1 Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILGACE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in ~ whieh his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re- ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget~ copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oxners Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits~ budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and ackno~rledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- tial, to the successful operation and management of the Coridominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the ormers therein. Purchaser and all oraners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide Dy each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby-rat3fies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condor~ini~ and Exhibits atL~ched thereto~ and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner!s Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations u~der said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assuc~::s the obligations as to the Property OWner's Association as to his condominiuc~ parcel. Purchaser confirms that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained 1n the aforesaid Declaration:of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warrantti or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
