~ Purchaser~ by acceptance and execution of this R~ceipt, acknoxledges that this
~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect
~ ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, ineluding but not lim-
~t~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
`~-~ ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
~ the Rules and Regulations~ copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
b'rochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~-~ to the aforesaid Qeclaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
~'^~ By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
- Association; and Purchaser further aeknowrledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits~ budget, sales brochure and floor
~. plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
` tial, to the success£ul operatian and management of the Condominium property
- and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
i- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condor.:ini~ and Exhibits
~,: att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
~:, Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknor+ledges and confirms that the
~i'` Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
'~~ has encumbered and impressed 3 lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~~nder said Declaration of Coven-
~' ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assa:•:s the obligations as to the
Property OWner's Association as to his condomi^ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
;~_': that all warranties, representations, and in~ucements~ if any, are as contained
~_ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~n and Exhibits attached thereto, and
-~~-t the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon.except where Lhe same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
