PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED ~~~~~
BY THIS DEED, RICHARD H. LABBEE, individually and as Personal

Representative of the Estate of Eloise M. Labbee, deceased, herein
called Grantor, in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)
paid by ROBERT A. WEIGT and GEORGE H. GRAFF, whose post office address
is 41 Londonderry Road, Windham, New Hampshire, herein called Grantees,
conveys to Grantees the following real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida: `
Lot 5, Block 6, SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE (1), according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at
Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

GRANTOR COVENANTS with Grantees that Grantor has good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey the property and Grantor
warrants title to the property for any acts of Grantor~and will defend
the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, throu~h
or under Grantor.
