IN THE MARRIAGE OF
GEORGE STEWARD, Husband
and
DIANE STEWARD, Wife
O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Motion of the
Wife, Diane Steward, that the Husband has removed the minor child,
Michael Webster Steward, without St. Lucie County, Florida in
violation of the Final Judgment dated September 14, 1976 and
further, has failed to post a bond in the amount of $2,500 and
refuses to return the said minor child, Michael Webster Steward,
to the Wife, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular the Sheriffs of
the State of Florida shall instanter deliver over to the Wife,
Diane Steward, the minor child,~Michael Webster Steward, wherever
such minor child may be found or, in the alternative, to C. L.
Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 5th day of February, 1981.
