in and to S. DAVID GARRETT and l.ELA S. GARRETT, his wife in the following described
real property located in St. Lucie County, Fl orida, to wit:

WESTWOOD MANOR as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 6, Page 26 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
