YOU ARE NEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted
by the above named Plaintiff against the above named.defendants

entitled Court, involving the following described real property,
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 60 feet of the West 1~20 feet of Lot 47,
MARAVI LLA GARDENS SL'BDI VIS I ON , UNI T NO . 1, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page
55, of the public records of St.•Lucie County,
Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated November 14, 1975,
from James B. Thaxton and Lynn A.~Thaxton, his wife, to First -

Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said
indenture of mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 246
at page 102 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
