REGISTRATION N0. N73123
owned by Aquarius Enterprises, Incorporated, should not be forfeited
to the use of or sale by the f_ollowing: The Saint Lucie County
Sheriff's Department~ Fort Pierce~ Florida.
That bein~ the law enforcement agency that seized said aircraft
for violations of Florida Statute 893~ said violations taking place
on or about December i2, 1980. and being seized pursuant to Florida
Statutes 943.41, 943.42, 943.43 and 943.44. ,~
