ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRES.LNTS, that for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and~ valuable consid-
erations between the parties hereto, the undersigned Assignor does

hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto the BARNETT BANK OF OGALA,
N. A., Post Office Box 550, Ocala, Florida 32670, aIl of the Assig-
nor's rights, title and interest in and to that certain Lease Agree-
ment between the Assignor and EDGAR A. BROWN and JOSEPHINE BROWN,
dated May 30, 1980, covering certain property in St. Lucie County,

Florida. Said Lease Agreement is that Lease Agreement more parti-
cularly described in the Memorandum Lease for Recording dated May
30, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 337, at Page 2659,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has caused this
