BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
to take oaths, appeared Carl E. Kraus who, after being duly sworn,
deposes and says that:
1. He is the Vice President of Radnor/Island Corporation,
and executes this Affidavit in that capacity.
2. RADNOR/ISLAND COMPANY desires to engage in business
in St. Lucie County under the fictitious name of RADNOR/ISLAND
COMPANY and to register said name with the Clerk of the Circiut
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
