in the County aforesaid, deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents anneaed), was duly admitted to
probate; and

the Executor in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribod
the oath of office prescribed by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, I~ RITA WII190N KANE, ~ Register as aforesaid do grant these LETTERS
TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Jon M. Barcaskey
committing unto him the administration of all the Estate. which was of said deceased
within this Commonweaith. and requirinR hlm to exhibit a true and
perfect inventory thereof into the Register's oftice, at Pittsburgh, within three months, and to render a
just and true account of said administration in six months from the date thereof or when directed to do
so by the Court, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the law relating to inheritance tax.
