BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared CNARLIE A.
JONNSON, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1) That he 1s the owner of the folloNing described property
to wit:
Lot 27-A, Block 83, SOUTN PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVE, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 12 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2) That his attentlon has beendirected to two Final Judgements filed
by HECTOR TURF b GARDEN,INC. and THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTN d~ REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA agalnst CHARLES JOHNSON. Said Final Judge-
ments being filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on August
20, 1980 in O.R. Book 377, Page 69 and June 1, 1977 in O.R. Book 268, Page 29~0.
3) That sald affiant has never owed monies to Hector Turf and
Garden, Inc. in Miami, Florida and affiant has never paid child support to
• Steve Lavon Johnson and Shelia Tequesta Johnson and that he is not the same
person as the Charles Johnson against whom said Final Judgements are against.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
