puwer rystems, machines, appliances, ftxtures, and appurtenanas, which now are or may hereafter pertain to. or be used with, in, or on
said premises, even though they be detached or detachabk.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditarnents and appurtenanas thercunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof. and also a~t
