me~t of the Pmperty. have the right to collect and retain :uch nnts a~ they bccoax due and payabk.
Upon accekration under paragnph 18 hercof or abandonment of the Property. Lender shaU be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a oourt to enter upon. take possession ot and manage the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Pmperty. includin~ those put due. All rents collceted by the rcceiver shall be applied fint to payment of the costs ot
management of the Propeny and collection ot rents, including. but not limited to. raeiver's feas, premiums on roceiver's
bonds aad reasonabk attoraey's fas. and then to tha sums securod by this Mortgage. 'R~e receive~ shall be liable to aocount
o~ly for those rena actually reoeived. •
21. Ftit~e Adra~ca. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the ~te of this
Mortgage, may make Future Advanoes to Bomower. Such Futute Advanca. with interest thereon. shall be sxured by this
Mortgaga wheo evideaoed by promiuory nota atating that said notes are socurod hereby. At no time shall the principal
amouat of the ic~debtedness socured by this Mortaage, tat includin~ sums advanced in aooordanoe herewith to proteCt ihe
