Notice is qiven that a suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the ~
day of July, 1980, by the above-named plaintiff against the above-
named defendants, involvinq the followinq described real prop-
erty, lyinq and being in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit: World Jai Alai, Fort Pier-ce Jai Alai Fronton, Kinqs Hiqh-
way, Rural Route No. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of
the Mechanics' Lien,~ damages, and further relief as set forth in
the Complaint.
A Claim~of Lien, servinq as the basis for this action,
was recorded on July 15, 1980, in Official Record Book 334, page
2737, by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida.
