THIS ACTION was heard upon the Plaintiff's Complaint filed
herein, a default having been entered in this cause against the
Defendants for failure to serve or file any paper as required
by law, and upon the evidence submitted to the Court in support
of the Complaint f iled herein, and the.Court finding that the
Plaintiff is entitled to a Final Judgment, and further finding
that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this cause, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon '
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this cause.
2. That the default entered in this matter is confirmed
and ratified.
3. Plaintiff, THE WILLIAMSBURGH SAVINGS BANK, is due
$38,215.25 as principal, $2,848.Q8 as interest to date of

this judgment, $106.16 as late penalty charges, ~

as attorney's fees, $123.25 as costs.,.$735.9? as taxes for 1980,
less $486.85 for undisbursed escroW fund~, under the note
and mortgage sued on in this action, making a total sum of .

4. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of Defendants, ELMER E. LAUER and PAULETTE LAUER,
his wife, on the following described property in St. Lucie County,
