RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS'_CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife seeking a restaining order without notice, and the Court,
being duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, DAN COLBERT. be and he is hereb}r
restrained and enjoined from molesting. harassing. annoying.
interfering with, or using physical violence on the Wife.
2. That the Husband, DAN COLBERT. be and he is hereby
restrained and enjoined from damaging. breaking, destroying

any personal belonging of the Wife. any motor vehicle operated
by the Wife~ or from otherwise threatening the Wife with violence.
3. That all and singular the Sheriffs of ~the State of

Florida are directed 4o arrest the Husband, DAN COLBERT, if he
violates this order in their presence,
