AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS Amended Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage
amends that certain Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage
entered the 24th day of September,1980 by Circuit Judge
G. Kendall Sharp in the above-styled cause.
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of September,
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all~
,
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic-
tion of the parties~and subject matter of this suit; that the
•relation of husband and wife naw exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
~wife, ANNA M. LOCKWOOD and GEORGE F. LOCKWOOD be and the same
~is hereby dissolved and the parties and-each of them are
~
.hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore -
°existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
f rom .
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHN CHARLES LOCKWOOD born
October 9, 1962, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded
to ANNA M. I,OCKWOOD.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 19th.day of September,1980
GEORGE F. LOCKWOOD shall pay to ANNA M. LOCKWOOD the sum of
$50.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child
named above. Said payment shall continue through October 3,
