1980, since the child shall reach the age of majority on
October 9, 1980.
4. ALIMONY; Based upon the Wife's testimony that the
Husband has a monthly income of $1,350.00 from a government
pension, commencing on October 1, 1980 and continuing on the
first day of each succeeding month, the Husband, GEORGE F.
LOCKWOOD, shall pay the Wife, ANNA M. LOCKWOOD, as permanent
alimony $400.00 per month until she dies or remarries. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to ANNA M. LOCKWOOD. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
~this Order is in effect.
5. LUMP SUM ALIMONY:

The Wife, ANNA M. LOCRWQOD, is
hereby awarded as lump sum alimony all of the Husband's rights
title and interest in and to the marital dwelling and the
real property upon which it is located and all furniture,
fixtures and appliances contained therein located at 7508
Hibiscus Road, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida and said
real property being described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 42, LAKEWUOD PARK, UNIT FIVE,according ~
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book I1, Page
5 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.

~The Husband shall execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Wife and
have it recorded for the above-described real property within
ten days of the date of this Amended Final Judgment and should
the Husband fail to execute and record said Quit Claim Deed
then the transfer of all of his right, title and interest
in and to the above-described property to Anna M. Lockwood
shall be deemed effective by operation of law ten days after
the date of this Amended Final Judqment.
