STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE havinq come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the hlaintiff and the Defendant
set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that the
parties were authorized to enter into such motion, and the Court
finding that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is _
full, just and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, GEORGE V. FUTCH
and TOMMIE FUTCH, his wife, do have and recover of and from the
Plaintiff the sum of THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLi.ARS ($3,300.Q0)
in full payment for the property taken (dejsignated Parcel 151
herein) and for damages resulting to the remainder if less than
, the entire property was taken and for all other damages of any
,
nature. Zt is further,
ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs wi12 be determined by
this Court at a hearing to be set upon Motion, and it is
ORDERED that upon entry of this Stipulated Final Judgment,
the Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of ONE THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,100.00) into the Registry of
the Court; and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendants, GEORGE V. FUTCH and TOMMIE FUTCH, his wife, the
aforesaid sum of THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,300.00)
