STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the Defendant
set forth hereinbelow, and it appeari~g to th~ Court that the
parties were authorized to enter into such motion, and the Court
. finding that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is
~ fuli, just and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the
~
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore, ~
ORDERED A~VD ADJUDGED that the Defendants, J. R. MIrIOR and
CAROL MINOR, his wife, do have and recover of and from the
Plaintiff the sum of SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($6,293.00) in full payment for the

property taken (designated Parcel 139 herein) and for damages
resulting to the remainder if less than the entire property
was taken and f.or all other damages of any nature. It is
further,
ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs will be determined by
this Court at a hearing tq be set upon Motion, and it is.
ORDERED that upon entry of this Stipulated Final Judgment,
the Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of SZX THOUSAND
AND NOj100 DOLLARS ($6,000.00) into the Registry of the
Court; and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendants, J. R. MINOR and CAROL MIN012, his wife, the
