STIPULATED ORDER FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND~COSTS
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint Motion for the
entry of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by the
Plaintiff and the Defendants set forth hereinbelow, and it
appearing to the Court that the parties were authori2ed to
enter into such Motion, and the Court finding that the
compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just and
reasonable for all parties concerned, and the Court being

fully advised in the premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED that John T. Brennan, Attorney for the above-
named Defendants shall receive the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500) from the Plaintiff as a
reasonable fee for services rendered in this cause and the
further sum of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 50/100
DOLLARS ($1,317.54) for costs expended herein or in the
aggregate the sum of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTFEN
AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($2,817.50), and it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this 4rder,r the Plaintiff,
DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, shall deposit the additional sum of TWO THOU-
SAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($2,817.50)
into the registry of the court, and it is
