STIPULATED ORDER FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS
THIS CAUSE 6aving come on upon 3oint motion for the entry
of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by the Plaintiff
• and the Defendants set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to
the Court that the parties were auzhorized to eriter into such
motion, and the Court finding that the compensation to be'paid
by the Plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all part~ies
concerned, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is now, therefore~
ORDERED that JOHN T. BRENNAN, Attorney for the Defendants,
HOWARD E. FINK and JEAN P. FINK, his wife, shall receive the sum
of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,500.00) from
the Plaintiff as a reasonable fee for services rendered in this
cause and the further sum of TtVO THOUSAND FOUR NUNDRED TWENTY AND
NO/100 DOLLAftS ($2,420.00) for costs expended herein or in the
a~gregate the sum of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED T~9ENTY AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($5,920.00) and it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this Order, the Plaintiff, DIVISION
OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTbtENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
shall deposit the additional sum of FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
