WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON 1SI,AND LIMITF.D, INC., a nelaware
corporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described doeuments granted and conveyed
unto THfi FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and prope~ty therein
particularly desceibed to secure the payment of the sam of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by tiUTC11INSON ISLAND LIMITED, 1NC., as
Mortgagor, in favor of THE FIRST NATIONAI, I3ANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Official Record I3ook 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million .Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (;12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Offieial Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contraets recordec~ in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, _and UCC-1 Finaneing Statement reeorded in Official Record
Book 332, at Puge 1721, all of said documents filed in the Publie Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June S, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed N~ith the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgage has requested the said Mortgage~ to
release thc premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens an~' operation of said blortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNON' YE, that the , said Rlortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) an~ other good
and valuable.considerations to~it in hand paid bv or on behelf o[ the said mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-clnim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said hlortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
-1lortgagor, its successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said Aiortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
follows:

Declaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Offieial Records Book 334, at Page 24:,1, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said A1o*tga~or, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonernted and
discharged of und from the lien of said Mortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein contained sha^ in anywise impafc•, alter or
diminish ihe effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesnid ~liort~age and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged Qremises, not
