~~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
f pur~hase of a condominiwn unit at OCEAN VILLAGB OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
,~ ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in
~~ which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto~ including but not lim-
;~~ ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
~ the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
_'3 brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~' to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation~
`~; By-Laws and Deelaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormers
•~- Association; and Purchaser further ackno~ledges receipt of and reading and
` examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and ~loor
~ plan~ and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~~ tial, to the successful operation aad management of the Condominium property
~ and is in the best interests and for the benePit of all.the o~mers therein.
L Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomini~ coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
~"'- Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
,; all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~mer's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acimowledges and conPirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiu~n parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
' ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the
;` Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
E.;~ th~t all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and
•-~~~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Oimer's Association and
~~; other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
' nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifical2y Warranted or
