BROOKS MESSER, surviving spouse of NOLAN MESSER, does hereby
subordinate the effect of that lien of that certain Mortgage held
by her dated September 1, 1978 and filed for record in O. R. 8ook
294, Page 672 of the Public Records of St. Gucie County, Floxida
from ST. LUCIE CABINETS, a partnership, and covering the property
as therein described.
In favor of that certain Mortgage executed by ST. LUCIE CABINETS,
a Partnership consisting of FRANK S. LOUPE and THOMAS W. PETRILLO
in favor of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY in the principal sum of
S92,000.00, and to be recorded or already recorded.
Upon execution hereof the undersigned acknowledges that the
effect of her aforesaid Mortgage lien will be subordinate and
inferior to-that certain Mortgage lien in favor of SUA BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY as hereinabove recited.
