and ROBERT T. PETERSON and MARGARET T. PETERSON, party of the
second part is for and in exchange of the representation set forth

WBEREAS, the parties of the second part are the holders and
oWners of a certain mortgage and promissory note executed by
Barbara Beard on the 13th day of September, 1971, in the prin~ipal
su~ of $56,877.35, which was filed and duly recorded in the office
of the cleck of St. I.ucie County, Florida on the 14th day of Octo-
ber, 1974 in Official Record Book 232 at Page 2507; and,

WeBREAS, the party of tihe f irst part is now the owner of the
mortgaged premises situated and lying in St. Lucie County, Flor-
ic~a, to wit:
The South 150' of the North 300' of Government
Lots 1, 2, and 3, lying East of. State Road A1A
in Section 3, 7.bwnship 34 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, including all
littoral rights eonnected therewith and appur-
tenant thereto; and,
WHEREAS, a modification of mortgage agreement was executed
.the Sth day of December, 1976 and recorded in Official Records
Book 262, Page 1974 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
