mortgaged premises, the partiee of the second part shall retain
the right and option of declaring the unpaid balance of the in-
debtedness immediately due and payable.
4. This Agreement is conditioned upon the party of the
first part passing title on the property encumbered by the party
of the second part's mortgage on or before February 10, 1981.
5. The party of the first part and/or any subsequent
owners of the property shall have the privilege of pre-paying the
debt owed the parties of the second part, in whole or in part, at
any time without penalty.
b. Each installment payment shall be appl.ied by the
parties of the second part, first to the payment of interest, and
the balance in reduction of the principal. Interest as herein
ind icated shall be computed at the rate of eight and one-hal f
percent (8-1/28) per annum.
