THIS INDENTURE, executed on this 2nd day of

Personal Representative of the Estate of FRANK BROOKS, deceased,
GRANTOR, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said .
decedent's Will, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to :~IARY ANN B. ARTHUR,
GRANTEE, 16 Louisiana Road, Lehigh Acres, Florida, the
following described real estate: ~

St. Lucie County, Florida, as per
Plat on file in Plat Book 10,
Page 51 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the real
property, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
and other good and valuable consideration, to have and to hold
to said grantee, her heirs and assigns, in fee simple, forever.
Grantor does covenant to and with grantee, her heirs
and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about
the conveyance, the power of sale contained in said decedent's
Will and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor as Personal Representative
of the Estate of FRANK BROOKS, deceased, has set her hand on
the day and year first above written.
