WITNESSETfi, WH~REAS, the said partics of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated JBnuarY 23, 1980 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCI~ COUNT-Y-, party

the first payment coming due Ju1y 23, 1980
Interest at 14$ per annwn
WHEREAS, the parties of the sec:ond part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the aboye mentioned note, a mortgas~e on the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lots 14 and 17, SILVER OAK ESTATES, a subdivision according to
~he Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, paqe 8, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgaqe recorded January 23, 1980 in O. R, Baok324 pages 1168,
1169, 1170 Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida.

AND WEiEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOirl TIIEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign:
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of Sib,soo.oo due on said note be,
and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
~ 516,500.00 plus interest shall be due and gayable on or before
ppril 23, 1981.
Interest rate 14$ per annum.
