WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEBD made and executed this 22nd day of
Januarv, 1981 , by ZEPHYR, INC., a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, herein-
after called the Grantor, to ROGELIO GONZALEZ-PENA and
SHEILA GONZALEZ, his wife
whose post office address is 2622 Newport Orive, Ft. Pierce, 1-ia. 33450

hereinafter called the Grantee, which terms "G~antor" and
"Grantee" shall include all the parties to this~instrument,
and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Ti~at the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuabl~ considera-
tions, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, her~by grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms unto the Grantee all that certain real property situate

Declaration of Condominium and all exhibits thereto
dated Dec. 9, 1984 , recorded Dec. 19, 1980
in Official Record Book 345 , pages /9~ through
864 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Flori~a;
TOGETHER WITH:
1. All of its appurtenances, according to said Declara-
tion of Condominium and all of its exhibits, and all of the
tenements, hereditaments and other appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. All a~pliances and fixtures now situate in said
apartment.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following:
1. The provis.ions of the Declaration, including all
exhibits, and all rules and regulations affecting the property
made by The Woodland Owners Association, Inc., the nonprofi~, •
