ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION IIY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance to a condominium apartment in THE WOODL~IND CONDOMINIUM
APARTMENTS, BUILDING I, acknowledges that said conveyance is subject
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully described
in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all of its exhibits.
The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said
pro~~isions. The Grantee agrees to be bour.d by all of the provisions
of the Decl.aration of Condominium. The Grantee acknowledges and
agrees that all of the provisions of said documents are reasonable,
fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon
the condominium apartment described above as security for his
obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration of
Condominium and all of its exhibits.
