4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary
custody of the minor children of the parties is awarded to the
Wife . SANDRA M. GRAF , wi,t~la reasonable right
of visitation reserved to the noncustodial parent. The names of
said minor children being as follows: JULIE ANNE GRAF and
JEREMY KARL GRAF.
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper.
6. That this Court finds based upon testimony by the
Wife that the Wife saw the Rusband, KARL G. GRAF, JR., during the ~
weekend of January 30, 1981, and that the Wife did inform the Husband
that this action for dissolution of marriage was pending and that the
Husband did request that the Wife obtain and keep for the Husband a
copy of the Final Judgmer.t and that the Husband would obtain said Final
Judgment from the Wife. `

Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida. ~~
