Together ~vith all furniture, furnishings and fi~ctures and any replacements themof which are now or may
hereafter be locateci and situate on the abave property, as well as all rents and profits accruing or to
acerue from said premises, and also all gas, electric, ~vater and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, light-
ing, plumbing, ventilaGng, irrigating and power systems, machines, appliances and fixtures, which now•
