PETITION FOR ORDER
AUTHOItIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Petitioner, JANE CARNETT~ alleges: '
1. Petitioner is the Guardian of the property of AGNES ;
MAKUCH, an adult competent ward. ;
;
2. The above,named ward is the owner of certain real ~
property whi.ch Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows: ~
Lot 26, and the South 5 feet of vacated alley
adjacent on North, of MORGAN'S SUBDIVISION, as '
per Plat thereof on file in the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
3. The above-described real property has an appraised
value of $9,330.00, and Petitioner has received an offer to
purchase said real property for the sum of $10,000.00 cash,
which is in excess of the appraised value.
4. An Order authorizing the sale of this real property
was previously entered on November 14, 1980, for a purchase
price of $17,SQ0.00. and subsequent to the entry of said Order, ,
a termite inspection revealed extensive damage to the improve-
ments located on this property. ~
S. In addition to the extensive termite damage, '
numerous building contractors have advised the Petitioner that ~

the entire roof needs to be replaced and all electrical wiring j
will have to be replaced before utility service can be restored
to the premises.
6. Petitioner has entered into another contract ~or
the sale of said property for a cash purchase price of $10,000.00,;
which property is being sold "as is."
' 7. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and

M~-- for the health and care of the ward. ~
