Dear Sir:
Thank you for your notice concerning pertinent
items to be furnished in the ~bove estate.
First let me call your attention to the file
in which you will see a final aco~~ting which shows
receiyed by the estate from a settlement $3,535.78
,and then you will notic,e that there is no attorney's
fees and all court costs were paid by the attorney and
no request for reimbursement for the same.
Thereafter you will see an affadavit showing
payments out of the $3,535.78 which disbursed the
same amount of money as received by the estate.
Then you will see receipts showing the receipt
of thosemonies by the various creditors. In other
words, the money that came in, was paid out and there
is no disbursement of the assets of the estate other
than what was received and paid out. '
