PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned. as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges:,
1. The decedent, MARY PUKIES, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on July 24~ 1980. and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioner on October 9, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a jJaiver of Final Accounting~
executed by her as sole beneficiary of the estate of the decedent.
3. Petitioner has full_y administered this estate, by making
payment. settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented~ and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida~ and has obtained and filed with
this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obli-
gations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the sched~}le.of
distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
6. The only person having an interest in this proceeding
and her respective address is: Betty Ruth Prince, 4006 Riverwoods
Drive, Fort Pierce. Florida,
Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has been
