COMF:S NOW tlie Personal Representative of the L~tate
of FRANK PATAT, Deceased, and hereby petitions this Court
for the approval of a sale of real property of FRANK PATAT
consisting of real proQerty located in Saint Lucie County,
Fort Pierce, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows: .
Lot~17. Block 68, Unit 6, LAKEWOOD PARK SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof, on file in Plat
Book 11, Page 7, of the Public Recor.ds of Saint
Lucie County, Florida.
to LEON L. SCOTT and JUDY B. SCOTT, his wife, and in support
thereof would state and show:
(1) It is in the best interest of the Estate
that this real property be sold, rather than requiring the
Personal Representative to maintain and upkeep said real prop-
erty, inasmuch as the property is vacant, will remain so,
unless sold, thereby exposing the Estate to loss and damage
and further will bring cash into the Estate, which will be
needed for administration.
(2) Your Petitioner has received an offer to
purchase the real property and a copy of the Deposit
Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
(3) Said LEON L. SCOTT and JURY SCOTT, his wife,
, will ~ay the purchase price of Fifty-Seven Thousar.d Five
Hundred Dollars ($57,500.00) as follows: '
