incornpetent is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
8, Hazel Netz is aui'~uris and a
resident of St. Lucie County, Florida and otherwise qualified
under the laws of Florida to act as guardian of the person and
property of the incompetent, and is entitled to preference becaus~
she is the wife of the incompetent and the nearest next of kin of
the incompetent.
9, Reasonable search has been made, and any of the
information required by Florida law and by the aPplicable Florida
Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth
in full above cannot be ascertained without delav that would
~ adversely affect the incompetent or the incoopetent's property.

be appointed as guardian of the person and property
