ORDER APPOIt~TING GUARDIAN
The Petition of NAZEL HET7. for the appointment of a
guardian of the peraon and property of WERNER l~ET2, coming on
this day to be heard and it appearing~to the Court that ~aid
person is incompetent because of organic brain syndrome of
proportions which profoundly impair his judgment; incompetent is
both physically and mentally unable to handle his own affairs,
and that it is necessary £or a guardian to be appointed; and
the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised, it is
ADJUD~ED that HAZEL HFTZ is hereby appointed as ~uardian
of the person and property of WCRNER HET7., incompetent.
ADJUDGED FUIiTHER that said HA7.EL HETZ ia required to file
a bond in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Governor of the
State of Florida and to his successora in office, conditioned on
the faithful performance of all duties by the guardian, according
to law. ,,
