WHEREAS, HAZEL HETZ has been appointed guardian of the
person and property of WERNER HFTZ, incompetent, and has taken the
prescribed oath and performed all other acta necessary to qualify
as auch guardian;
NOW; TH~REFORE, I, the undersip,ned Judge of the above-
entitled Court, declare HAZEL HETZ duly qualified under the laws
of the State of Florida to act aa the guardian of the person and
p~operty of I~IERNER HETZ, incor~petent, ~,~ith full power to have the
care, custody, and control of aaid incompetent, to administer the
estate of said incompetent accordin~ to law, and to take pos-
session of and to hold, for the benefit of said incompetent, all
