I, ZRENE COFFMAN, residing at 233 Dover Court, R. R.

Covered Bridge, Lake Worth, Palm Beach County, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this, my Last Will and '
Testament, hereby revoking and annull~ing all others by me hereto-
fore made.
ARTiCLE I
I desire and direct that all my legal debts and costs of -

administration be paid without unnecessary delay by my Co-Personal f
i
t
e
Representatives, hereinafter named and appointed. I direct that ~
my remains be cremated and that they be placed in the Valhalla
Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri, next to my deceased husband,
FRANK COFFMAN.
ARTICLE II
~ I devise all of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, and
wherever situate and of whatsoever nature, to my beloved son,
FRANK COFFMAN, JR., and my beloved daughter-in-law, THELMA C.
COFFMAN, in equal shares, or to the survivor of them.
ARTICLE III
In the event my son, FRANK COFFMAN, JR., and my daughter-in-
law, THELMA C. COFFMAN, predecease me, then and in that event I
devise all of my estate to the SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF ~

CRUELTY TO ANIMALS, of Palm Beach County, Florida, or in the event
~ this entity does not exist in Palm Beach County, Florida, then I
