devise all of my estate to the HUMANE SOCIETY, of Palm Beach
County, Florida, or in the event this entity does not exist in
Palm Beach County, then I direct my Co-Personal Representatives to
select, in their discretion, a society which protects and cares
for animals, of their choice, to be the beneficiary of my estate.
ARTICLE IV
I hereby constitute and appoint my son, FRANK COFFMAN, JR.,
and my daughter-in-law, THELMA C. COFFMAN, as Co-Personal Repre-
sentatives of this, my Last Will and Testament, or the survivor of
them, and I expressly confer upon them pawer as such Personal Repre~
sentatives to administer my estate, excusing them from giving any
bond. I expressly confer upon them full authority and power to
sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private
sale, with or without notice, as they may deem best, and without
any order of court. I authorize them to make good and sufficient
conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale ~~
to the same uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared in the
several items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly confer
upon my Personal Representatives the authority and power to

borraw money for the use of my said estate in any instance where ~
they may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same by
mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security to or upon any
part of my estate; this they may do without the order of any court.
ARTICLE V
In the event of the death, refusal or inability of my said
son, FRANK COFFMAN, JR., and my daughter-in-law, THELMA C. COFFMAN,
to act as Co-Personal Representatives, I hereby nominate, consti-
tute and appoint JOHN BIELEJESKI, JR., ESQ., of the law firm of
James, Bielejeski, Lunny & Aurelius, P.A., 4367 North Federal
