Representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, granting unto
him the same powers and authority that I have given to my said
son, FRANK COFFMAN, JR., and my daughter-in-law, THELMA C. COFFMAN,
as Co-Personal Representatives, except that he shall be bonded as
required by the Court.
