Barower and Lender he~eby expressly adopt and incorpocate by reference into thia Mo~tqage and
hereby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Utiform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of the master form of moctgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
N+~n-Uniform Covenants 18~ l9~ 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
moctgage and incorporated by refer8nce hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bo~rower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower, Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty yeara .
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make _Future Advances to Bnrrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest thereon~ shall be 9ecured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promisgory notes atating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of tl-e indebtednesa secured by this Mort-
