PARTIAL RELBASE CLAUSB:
At the request of the mortgagor ~ the mortgagee shall release 5rom the operation
and effect of this mortgage each of the nine (8) dwelling units described in
Exhibit "A" hereof upon the payment to mortgagee of the "Net Proceeds" realized
by the mortgagor upon the sale of each unit. but in no event shall the "Net
Proceeds" be less than 540.000.00.
The term "Net Proceeds" as used herein means the gross sales price less any
brokerage fees paid to any non-related agent. documentary stamps on the
documents . normal title insurance premiums and recording costs of the deed
of conveyance and releases of mortgages .
