The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS

in hand paid by said Grantee(s), the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said Grantee(s), his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situated,
lying and being in St-o Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

limitations, restricticns and easements of record.
3. Amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and
Easements of Tarpon Bay Villas, recorded in Official
Record Book 331, at Page 966 thru 996, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. Existing zoning ordinances, if any.
Grantor hereby fully warrants title to said land, and will
defend sane against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
