AMENDED
ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing this 12th day of
January, 1981, on the Wife's Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment, pursuant to
Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.540(b)(3), and both parties having been
represented by counsel, and the Court having heard testimony, finds that the
children of the parties are presently living with the Mother in Orlando,
Florida and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is upon consideration
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that modifications are as fotlows:
~ 1. That the Wife's Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment for
Fraud is hereby denied with the exception that Paragraph 7 of the Separation
Agreement filed herein is modified as follows:
~ a) That the Husband is ordered to pay child
support in the sum of $150.00 per month,
per child, comnencing on the lst day of
~9~~ FF~ _9 ~; 3: 23 February 1981. Said sum is to be paid to _
the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted

cashier's check or money order. Both parties

advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect.
In the event the Father has either child, or
both children, for a period of more then two
weeks, then the child support for each child
shall be reduced one-half for such time the child,
or children, are living with the Father.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers this ~~ day of February, 1981.
