ORDER
This cause coming before the Court on the matters of
temporary relief, possession of the wife's clothing and automobile
and possession of living quarters, attorney's fees and costs, and the
Court having heard the petitioner and counsel and being fully advised
therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That BERNICE D. ALEXANOER, petitioner, is awarded possession
and custody of the premises heretofore by her occupied as her home at
3111 Avenue "T", Ft. Pierce, Florida, said possession shall include
possession of the furniture and fixtures therein and the right to
exclusive use of the premises pending further order of the Court.
2. That the respondent, GERALD ALEXANDER, is hereby ordered
to return to BERNICE D. ALEXANDER, all of the clothing and personal
belongings purportedly talcen from BERNICE D. ALEXANDER and the said
respondent is hereby Ordered to return the same to her forthwith together
with the possession and custody of one four-door 1973 Chevrolet automobile
registered in the name of BERNICE D. ALEXANDER together with the keys to
the same and the keys to her living quarters.
3. That GERALD ALEXANDER is hereby enjoined and restrained

from harassment, embarrassment, intiinidation against or taward BERNICE
D. ALEXANDER and he is en~oined and restrained from goi-tg about the
premises and the automobile and/or place of employment of BERNICE D.
ALEXANDER.
