4. Except as sFecifically designated herein, nothin~ here shall
constitute a chan~e or art:endment to Lhe aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which a~e saecifically reaffir~ed by the new
obliqor(s).
S. This Agreement is bindin~ unon the heirs, personal rearesenta-
tives, successors and assiqns of the parties.
• 6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the sa~e ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the ~-mer(s) were hbrtgagor(s) under said
mortqaae and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
• is satisfactory and that the above s_tated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgaqe is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transier and/or co~veyance of the rtrortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
